Once you’re ready to pack and ship, remove the stems or your holder from the jar or vase. Gently place tissue paper in and around the blooms and then wrap tissue paper around the entire bouquet. Add newspaper or additional tissue paper to insure that your flowers will not move around while in transit. Each bouquet, corsage, flower arrangement, etc. be wrapped separately and labeled with your name, address, phone number, a description of Your Special Occasion and the date thereof.

If you’re planning at least three weeks in advance and your keepsake order totals $350 or more, we’ll send you a free shipping kit! Our shipping kit contains everything you’ll need to insure that Your Special Occasion blooms arrive to us in the best possible condition. Shipping kits are also available for purchase at $15 each. Sorry, postage is not included.

Or, make your own ship kit! You’ll need: A sturdy cardboard box large enough to accommodate your bouquet or arrangement. / Sealing tape /Two gel-type freezer paks (frozen for a minimum of 24 hours prior to use) / Tissue Paper or Newspaper / Other packing media / Large Zip-Lock type of bag.

Simply place a layer of newspaper or tissue paper into the bottom of your box. Now place the frozen gel paks into the zip lock bag and place them on top of that. Add another layer of newspaper or tissue. Insert your tissue wrapped bouquet into the box and tuck newspaper or tissue all around to prevent movement during shipment. Be sure you have labeled your flowers with your name, address, phone number, the occasion and the date thereof before sealing up the box.
